| MiTravco is a CIPRO (Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office) registered company and as such has the lawful right to trade under this name. In accordance with the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL) any use of the name, or part there of, by any company or individual, other than MiTravco itself, which is in the same field of work, or provides similar services to that of MiTravco, in any form, which includes domain registration, company name and forms of advertising, to purposefully confuse, or misdirect the public and prospective clients into believing that they are MiTravco, or are affiliated with MiTravco, is to be deemed illegal, and will be dealt with, in accordance to the legal right given to MiTravco upon its registration. |
