Marketing/Sales: As MiTravco’s primary service is the advertising of all establishments and service working within the Travel and Tourism Industry, you will be required to contact the establishments in your area and sign them to our database. These establishments will include but is not limited to Accommodation Establishments, Car Rental Agencies, Restaurants, Tour Operators, and Shuttle Services etc. You have been given all information pertaining to MiTravco and its services. This will assist you in conveying to prospective clients what MiTravco is all about. Also include in the packages are all the forms that you will need to perform your duties. These forms include Advertising contracts for the clients, Pricing structures |

We will provide all marketing material for you. |

|
Follow up service: Once a client has listed their establishment with MiTravco, it will be your responsibility to follow up with the client to make sure that they stay happy with the service offer by the MiTravco. This would enquire routine visits or phone calls to the establishment. |

Progress Reports: You will be required to submit a report on your work every week. This report should include a list of establishments visited/contacted. Where possible, please included contact details such as telephone numbers and emails addresses. A report of existing clients visited will also be required. |

|
Product Knowledge: As the company expands, our products and services will increase. You will be required to promote these services and products as and when you are informed of the details of these products and services. |

This is for full or partime employement. |

|
Your commission is based on the amount of signed contracts you bring in per month. Also you will work on your own time, the more sales the more commission. |

| Commission structure |

|
For bringing in between 1 and 10 listings/clients in a month, you will be entitled to 25 % of your total monthly sales amount. |
|
|
For bringing in between 11 and 30 listing/clients in a month, you will be entitles to 35% of your total monthly sales amount. |
|
|
For bringing in 31 or more listing/ clients a month you will be entitled to 45% of your total monthly sales amount. |
