Terms and Conditions

This outlines the terms and conditions under which we provide this service. We have 2 sections please make sure to read the relevant information. ( Yearly Based Membership / Commission Based Membership )
Yearly Based - Membership
	1.	By accepting these terms and conditions, you hereby enter into a year to year ( 12 Month )contract with MiTravco International.
	2.	Should you not be happy with your exposure within the first year we give you two consecative years for FREE.
Commission Based - Membership
	1.	By accepting these terms and conditions, you hereby enter into a commission based contract term with MiTravco International.
	2.	You agree to pay MiTravco International 5,5% commission on any successful and confirmed booking through our website, should it be via our contact form or Nightsbridge portal.
General Conditions to Yearly Based Membership & Commission Based Membership
	1.	MiTravco International will accept your advertising material and reserve all inventory required to deliver the advertising campaign until such time as the invoice is paid in full. After which,MiTravco International will make sure that your advertising campaign is activated within 24 hours.
	2.	Any new client listing with MiTravco International or any of it's other websites will be charged a Onceoff setup fee according to your Membership option.
	3.	You, as the advertiser, confirm that you are in the position, or have the appropriate authority, to submit all content that is to be placed in the Advertising campaign.
	4.	You, as the advertiser, and owner of the content of the Advertising Campaign hereby indemnify MiTravco International against any expense, liability, claim or loss that might be the result from any claim arising out of online publications and display of said content.
	5.	All creative material is subject to final Approval by MiTravco International and as such, we will reject any material that we deem to be inappropriate, offensive and non compliant with our technical specifications.
	6.	MiTravco International will substitute any material that you submit, through use of the "UPDATE FORM", at no extra charge to you the advertiser. All "UPDATES" will be screened by MiTravco International and should information on this be incorrect or misleading we will pull your add until such time as the information was corrected.
	7.	Should you wish to cancel the contract before the termination date, all outstanding funds will be payable by you and no refunds will be given. Cancellations will only be accepted via written word on a letterhead and not via telephone conversation. Cancellation can only be made by the person/s responsible for the establishment advertised.
	8.	MiTravco International can not and will not be liable for any delays in publishing, delivery, non delivery, or other errors as a result of events beyond our control including Acts of God, action by any government entity, fire, flood, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes or Internet and Communication failure and or Interruption.
	9.	You, as the Advertiser, hereby agree to pay the invoiced amount within 48H of completetion of your listing.
	10.	MiTravco International has the right to change advertising rates without prior notice.
	11.	MiTravco International will do business with our clients under these terms and conditions and are not bound by conditions printed, or appearing, on instructions by advertiser which conflict with the terms and conditions expressed above.
